Placing an order  ^

You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or you may call us toll free at 1-800-893-7359, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm, EST.

Canceling an order  ^

To cancel an order, please give us a call or send an email requesting to cancel your order before the order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, please give us a call at 1-800-893-7359 for a return authorization.

Sales Tax  ^

Sales Tax will be applied only to orders in South Carolina.

Credit Cards   ^

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Returns & Exchanges  ^

You have 30 days to return any unwanted merchandise. The 30 day period begins the day that you receive your order from UPS. Shipping is non-refundable, and shipping back to Bedding2u.com is also the customer's responsibility. Please give us a call toll free at 1-800-893-7359 for a return authorization number. If any of your items are damaged or defective, please give us a call and we will send you a prepaid UPS label to send it back to us for replacement.

Shipping Options  ^

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada. Express shipping is not available because all items are not warehoused in the same location. Any packages going to a Post Office Box will be shipped by US Postal Service.

Order Status  ^

To track your package, please sign in at the home page with your email address and password, then click on "View Order Status and History". Click on the tracking number to find out where your package is.

Using Coupons  ^

Coupons are offered to our customers on our mailing list. Coupons can range from 10% to 30% off your whole order, or free shipping.

Using Wish Lists  ^

If there are any items you are not ready to purchase, you may want to add them to your saved cart. You can also use the saved cart as a gift registry for other family and friends to purchase the items you have selected. When you are ready to purchase the item, just click "Buy Now" to add it to an active shopping cart.

Free Shipping ^

Free Shipping only applies to orders being shipped within the continental United States. Free shipping will not be honored if items are cancelled or returned that reduce your order below the amount specified to qualify for free shipping.
